This single malt was distilled in 2008 at the Glen Spey Distillery, located in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was aged in a single refill hogshead for 13 years. Bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh at natural cask strength. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Heather hiney, Scottish tablet, fresh hay, linseed oil and ripe pear.
PALATE More honey, apple, orange and lemon peel, brown sugar and oat cakes. 
FINISH Oily coating with white fruit, pepper and cloves
