This single malt whisky was distilled at Glen Elgin distillery in 2009 before being finished in a Sauternes cask. Bottled at cask strength, with no chill filtration. 

Only 267 Bottles have been produced.

COLOUR: Mulled Cider
NOSE: Panettone, warm buttered pancakes and gooseberry jam.
PALATE: Bread and butter pudding, custard and camping sweets.
FINISH:   Star fruit, gingerbread and yellow chartreuse.
